- I am a Vietnam vet and I assure you that those boys serving us today are choir boys and good kids compared to me by the time I got out. My father-in-law fought from Guadalcanal to Okinawa and was a hero in my eyes but he suffered the same demons I did about the war he fought.

- It is a sad commentary on the young men of America who are on this blog defending the murder of a teenager by a scum, cop-wana-be, abuser. Only will justice be done when Zimmerman is locked up for his crime.

- Yes they should ask people with loud children to leave. When my children were young that is what I would do if I couldn't control them.

I am here because this is a safe place to talk about what I believe and learn from other folks. I have led a tragic life but in my old age I feel pretty good about it. A long hard journey so far and most of it was my on fault.

I don't know everything but I probably have an opinion about it anyway.
